Community art unveiling brings The Hollow neighbors together

As part of the continued transformation of the Harral Avenue wall, in collaboration with the Bridgeport Arts and Cultural Council (BACC), a celebration and unveiling reception took place on Saturday, July 26. The event brought together The Greene residents, local artists, Park City Communities staff, and neighborhood community members of all ages to honor the completed artwork.

Attendees enjoyed a guided walk around the site to admire the colorful murals and their messages. LifeBridge Community Services and Groundwork Bridgeport participated by sharing information about their work and initiatives, while the Bridgeport Arts and Cultural Council’s table offered interactive activities such as face painting, drawing, and a space for visitors to leave messages.

A big thank you to Five Star Pizza and Marino’s Italian Ice for joining and helping everyone enjoy a sunny day outdoors. And thank you to everyone who contributed their time, creativity, and energy to help make The Hollow community more beautiful, welcoming, and vibrant!
